The same cocktail can be made in various ways. Enjoying cocktails – like many things – is very subjective.

The best way to make it is the way you like it.

We do things our way but are always more than happy to make your drink to your specifications.

Whether you like vodka, gin, rum, tequila, whiskey or something else, let’s talk it out and we’ll find something delicious for you.

We have fresh juice and house-made syrups. Plus, the secret ingredient in all our cocktails is always love.

Please Note: There are no cocktail servers. We’re happy to give you table service when we can but we certainly don’t want you waiting too long when you’re thirsty. We’ll see you at the bar.

DOGGO DISCLAIMER…

We all need a little emotional support every now and then. We love dogs and man’s best friends are always welcome outside on our patio. We’re happy to hook you up with a water bowl for Fido upon request to sip on a beverage with their owner.

Please Note: We do not allow dogs inside the bar. The last thing we want is our furry friends getting spilled or stepped on.

About Us

In 2013, an awesome young couple by the name of Stephanie and Derek bought a bar. After some cleaning, remodeling and a lot of love, The Doolittle was born. The Doo quickly became a local favorite. Once a solid foundation was laid in the community, they decided that they were going to move their young family to the east coast. So in 2016, they gave their cousin Jacob a call. 

He had been tending bar since 2007 from the South Bay to LA and at the time was managing Food and Beverage at the San Jose Marriott. They helped their cousin fulfill a longtime dream of bar ownership by bringing him in as a partner and showing him the ropes of running a small business. When it came time for them to move, Jake needed a business partner. 

One night, Jake was talking to his dad, Joe. Excited about the opportunity but not sure how he was going to go about it, Joe told his son that going into business with family is not something you should take lightly and to think about it real hard; but Joe was interested in partnering. After an evening to think it over, Jake remembered that he and his pops weirdly get along all the time. In 2018, Jake, his dad Joe, mother Leanne and sister Sara bought out their cousins.

The Doolittle has been family owned and operated since its beginning. We’ve endured strong through a pesky global pandemic. We take joy in meeting new people and our loyal regulars quickly became true friends. Our amazing staff has become an extension of our family. You can come in to enjoy some sports, trivia, live music, 14 draft beers rotating dozens of local breweries, craft cocktails featuring local spirits and good times with great people.
